HOW WE PROTECT IT

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security

Security is built into the account flow, not bolted on afterwards. Your login credentials are hashed, your payment channel data — whether from Raast, Easypaisa, or JazzCash — is encrypted in transit, and our servers apply access controls that limit which staff can view transaction records. We do not retain raw wallet credentials; we store only the reference tokens returned by the payment processor.

Encryption in Transit All data moving between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL. This covers your login session, bet history, and any JazzCash or Raast payment confirmation.

Cookie Control We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to fix platform issues. You can turn off non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Data Retention Policy We hold your account records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable law. Once that period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.

Third-Party Access Limits Only payment processors and fraud-prevention partners receive any part of your data, and only the portion needed to complete or verify your transaction. No marketing third parties receive access.
